Cancellation Policy

1.1. Website Design & Development, eCommerce Website Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Local SEO, PPC Advertising, Social Media Management, Bulk SMS / eMail / WhatsApp, Custom CRM Software, Learning Management System (LMS), Tech Support: If you wish to cancel any of the services mentioned above, you must notify us in writing through email at midigitechnology@gmail.com or call us at +91 70920 93808. The cancellation request must include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for cancellation.

1.2. Notice Period: We require at least 30 days’ notice for cancellations. You must submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. This allows us to process your request efficiently and make any necessary arrangements.

1.3. Cancellation Charges: In the event of cancellation, you may be subject to cancellation charges as outlined below:

  • Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before the desired cancellation date: No cancellation charges will apply, and a full refund may be applicable, as per the Refund Policy (Section 2).
  • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the desired cancellation date: You may be liable to pay a cancellation fee based on the nature and stage of the service at the time of cancellation. The specific charges will be communicated to you upon your cancellation request.

2.2. Partial Refunds: For services billed on an ongoing basis (e.g., monthly digital marketing services), you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the service period following the cancellation date.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services: Some services may be non-refundable once work has commenced, or specific deliverables have been provided. These details will be specified in your service agreement.
